Everything is baked fresh to order and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days via Royal Tracked 24. Please note boxes are too large to fit through a standard sized letterbox. Customers will receive an email from Royal Mail once product has been dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to monitor these emails and to update safe place/rearrange delivery date as required. We are unable to accept responsibility for any delays during transit and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates so please allow sufficient time if product required for a specific date.

Bakes are sealed in cellophane bags to ensure freshness and are protected by bubble wrap and tissue paper within the box.

Once opened, store in an airtight container. Brownies are best eaten within 10-14 days. 

Allergens: egg, gluten, milk, soya. Made in an environment which handles egg, milk, nuts and soya.
