Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal service. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (please allow longer on weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and another email when your order has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

All orders are quality checked at the point of dispatch.  We cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent damage caused through transit or any other aspect beyond our control.

All orders are delivered using a reputable shipping provider, any delays to this service or lost packages are out of our control and as such, we cannot take responsibility for this. Therefore no refunds can be made for delivery related issues.

You will receive an email notification from Royal Mail using their tracked delivery system. It is your responsibility to monitor these emails and adjust your delivery requirements - safe place, change date etc.
